An advisory committee has recommended a last-minute design as the replacement for the closed Lake Champlain Bridge.
ADDISON, Vt. -- The Vermont Agency of Transportation says a now-closed bridge to New York could be dropped into Lake Champlain with explosives next week. Friday, December 18, 2009.
