TSA update Bakersfield Airport. If it wasn't for Bakerfield baggage handlers abuse of baggage, the hazzardous materials found would probably wound up on the flight. The container holding the materials were broken by the handlers.
January 5, 2009 – TSA officials and Kern County authorities are investigating a suspicious substance at Meadows Field Airport in Bakersfield that sickened two TSA officials. Authorities say they have tested the substance,
